Production process

Production process:

Stages of production

1. Covering the cardboard with the material or coating the cardboard with a special paint.

2. Cutting of the subproduct.

3. Joining the details by riveting.

4. Joining the details by piercing.

6. Completing the packaging with extra accessories (ribbons, locks, cords, eyelets –see the photo below).

7. Completing of the ready-assembled packaging.

Processing of a package’s body:

- coating with any design material

- colorful press

- figured cutting of the subproduct ( see photo 1, cock-Dymkovo toy)

- laminatig (mat and gloss)

- stamping (limited by the sizes of the package)

- hot stamping (limited by the sizes of the package and the sickness of the cardboard)

- cutting for handle

- cutting for cord

- completing with cords, ribbons and other accessories
